Reservation Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in reserving a Kora product. These Reservation Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your reservation of a Kora energy product, including but not limited to the Keystone System, Keystone Plus System, and the Kora Home Smart Panel (each a "Product").

By placing a reservation with Kora Power, Inc. ("Kora," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Reservation Overview

Your reservation payment of $100 ("Reservation Fee") secures your spot in line to purchase a Kora Product when it becomes available for shipment, currently scheduled for December 2025. This is only an estimate—subject to change based on production, transport, and logistics. The Reservation Fee is fully refundable at any time before your ship date and will be applied as a credit toward the final purchase price of your selected Product.

By placing a reservation now, you are locking in the following pricing:

• Kora Smart Home Panel – $2,000 

These prices are guaranteed for reservation holders. Any changes to pricing will invalidate the reservation. 

2. Automatic Charge at Ship Date

You will receive a confirmation email when your final ship date has been scheduled. On the confirmed ship date, your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the remaining balance of your selected Product (purchase price minus the $100 Reservation Fee).

If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, you must do so prior to the confirmed ship date. Once your product has shipped you will have 30 days to request a refund for any reason.

3. No Obligation Before Ship Date

This reservation does not obligate you to purchase a Kora Product until the ship date, and you may cancel your reservation at any time before your ship date for a full refund of your Reservation Fee.

4. Product Specifications and Availability

Kora reserves the right to modify the technical specifications of its Products at any time without notice. However, we will make a good faith effort to notify our customers of all changes prior to purchase. Our products are available in all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. 

5. Transferability

Your reservation is non-transferable without the written consent of Kora.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kora shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your reservation. Kora’s liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Reservation Fee.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
