Is the reservation refundable?
Yes. You can cancel and get a full refund anytime before your system ships.
What happens after I place my reservation?
Your reservation locks in the Founders Edition pricing on the Kora energy system. We'll stay in touch ahead of our target ship date in early 2026. You will receive a confirmation email and further instructions before you are ultimately charged for the system you reserved.
Is installation included?
The Kora system can be easily installed by any licensed electrician. The cost of installation is not included in your reservation. You can expect installations to cost between $2,000 and $10,000 depending on your area and system configuration.
What incentives are available?
While federal incentives are sunsetting, we are partnering with states and municipalities to find incentives that will apply to your order. When your final invoice comes in, we will include all the incentives we found to get you the best price.
Will this work with my solar panels?
Absolutely. The Kora system integrates seamlessly with existing solar to maximize your savings. It stores your excess solar energy and discharges it when grid rates are highest — turning your panels into a revenue-saving engine.
Solar panels are not required to benefit from the Kora energy system.
What is the max solar input?
Up to 91.2 kW DC across 4 Powerblocks. Our high capacity reduces solar "clipping."
What is the continuous power output?
Each Powerblocks includes a hybrid inverter and can support 2–7 batteries, with each battery rated at 4 kWh and 60 A at 102.4 V DC.
You can daisy-chain up to four Powerblocks, which brings the system’s total continuous output to approximately 28.8 kW DC (7.2 kW × 4 stacks).
Can I hook up a generator for extended outages?
You can connect a generator into Powerblocks for extended outages or if you do not have solar.
How many circuits does the Smart Panel have, and what are they rated for?
The Smart Panel includes 12 controllable circuits, each rated for up to 60 amps. That means you can manage heavy appliances (like EV chargers, HVAC systems, or ovens) with precision and confidence.
What are the Smart Panel grid input specs?
It supports standard 120/240 V split-phase service at 60 Hz, compatible with nearly all U.S. homes. The 200 A max input and breaker rating make it easy to integrate into both retrofit and new-construction systems.
